• Soup: Creamy Watercress Soup
• Salad: Mixed Greens Salad with Blueberries, Sliced Strawberries, Toasted Walnuts, & Slivered Red Onions with  Strawberry Vinaigrette
• Main Course: Shepherd’s Pie, Macaroni and Cheese, Slow Cooked Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes with Mushroom Gravy, & Three Bean Salad
• Dessert: A sampler featuring a slice of Lemon Lavender Layer Cake with Lemon Curd Filling and Lemon Buttercream Frosting, a slice of Blueberry Pie with Whipped Cream, and a Cherry Almond Cookie
